The Sotk-Qarvachar is difficult for traffic. The roads in Aragatsotn marz and Goris Kapan road in Syunik marz are misty. It is snowing in Talin City of Aragatsotn marz and in Vardenyats pass.
In order to ensure the traffic safety, the road workers are processing the roads with salt and sand.
The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations recommends to travel with winter tires, as well as to travel in the above mentioned areas only in case of absolute necessity.
According to information provided by the Emergency Situations Department of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs the road Stepantsminda-Lars is open for all kinds of transportation means in case of using tire chains.
