The Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Communities of Yerevan postponed the trial of defendant A. A. on the famous case of “Financial Pyramid”.
Defender of the latter Hamazaspuhi Grigoryan informed Iravaban.net that her defendant is in critical health condition. “Right now he is being examined by ambulance doctors”.
During the court proceeding the defender presented a solicitation to pass a medical examination. But judge Gagik Poghosyan rejected it. The defender presents similar solicitation for already the second time.
According to Hamazaspuhi Grigoryan, her defendant has health issues: moves with difficulties and can not take part in court proceedings.
And it was based on this that the court sitting was postponed. Judge Gagik Poghosyan satisfied the solicitation, and the next court sitting is scheduled for 10 March.
