According to him defendant A. A. owes him 121 thousand USD. “Initially the sum was 79 thousand USD, but with percentages it became 121 thousand”, said the victim. The accusing prosecutor noted that in the process of preliminary investigation he stated that the initial sum was 70 thousand USD and not 79 thousand, and the victim answered: “When the investigator said it might be 70 thousand USD based on his counting, I agreed as it is not a big difference for me, but now I have also counted, and it is 79 thousand USD”.
Only this victim was questioned today.
Today`s court sitting was postponed because of the busy schedule of the judge. It was rescheduled for 12:00 on 21 October.
