Today at the RA NA sitting the RA Constitutional Court member Alvina Gyulumyan took an oath of assuming a position
According to the Article 4 of the RA Law on Constitutional Court, “A Constitutional Court member assumes his/her position by giving the following oath at the RA NA sitting: “Assuming the position of the Constitutional Court Member I vow to the RA people to ensure the rule of Constitution, be unbiased and loyal to the title of the Constitutional Court Member”.
On 02 August the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Alvina Gyulumyan a member of the RA Constitutional Court. Since 02 April 2003 she has been judge at the European Court of Human Rights.
