Seryozha Alexanyan had taken a long term credit on preferential terms from the State budget for improvement the housing conditions of repressed persons. Debt repayment should start in 2013. However the Ministry of Finance obliged Alexanyan to repay the dept immediately, otherwise he shall be deprived of his property, because in compliance to the decision of the Court, of Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts had already banned the property of the citizen. In reply to the notice of the Ombudsman the Ministry of Finances informed that the notice on withdrawal of the action to the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts, but did not receive a reply yet.
In reply to the inquiry of the Ombudsman the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts informed that the action was withdrawn but the decision on withdrawal was not provided to the parties yet.
On solicitation of the Ombudsman the decision on removal of the ban from Seryozha Alexanyan’s property and assets as well as the decision of withdrawal of the case was sent to the parties, which resulted in lifting restrictions from Seryozha Alexanyan’s rights.
