By Prime-Minister Hovik Abrahamyan`s decision Gohar Poghosyan was appointed a press secretary at the RA Prime-Minister`s office.
“Guided by the rules set by the sub-provision 6 of 121th point of RA President`s decree NH 174-N of July 18, 2007, Gohar Poghosyan was appointed as Prime-Minister`s Press secretary”, it is said in the decree of the RA Prime-Minister.
Let us recall that before the new appointment Gohar Poghosyan held the position of the head of Public Relations and Media department of the RA National Assembly.
