According to the newspaper the Prime Minister’s anger was resulted after his meeting with the of businessmen, which took place a few days ago, more specifically with the studies carried out in some departments after that meeting.
In the nearest future Hovik Abrahamyan plans to boost staffing changes on the level of deputy ministers and department heads.
