The RA Government made relocations in the 2014 State budget, changes in one of its earlier decisions, which will allow completing the construction of the bypass road Vasashen-Paravakar section of the highway H-37, M-4-Aygehovit-Vazashen-Paravakar-Aygepar by 31 October 2014. The Prime Minister criticized the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication for the delay of the completion of this important road till the end of October.
“You need to change your work style. You should not force people to build the road with such sum of money. There is a project, and there are project developers who evaluate, and it must be financed. Now who can you persuade that the additional sum of 55 million AMD is necessary caused by the different categories of soil that have occurred as a result of explosion activities?” Hovik Abrahamyan said.
