After publicizing the evidences of 4 witnesses on freedom fighter Volodya Avetisyan’s case and solicitation of the attorney Ara Zakaryan, Judge Levon Avetisyan “considered reasonable” to postpone the trial. I have provided solicitation,” the attorney was surprised and added that it is due to such conduct of the judge that the people present in the courtroom do not believe in fair trial and intervene repeatedly. The attorney had solicited to recognize the prejudicial evidences of the 4 witnesses as inadmissible evidence.
