“Citizens who have calculated and transferred sums but currently have changed their mind, according to the new law they may write an application. As a result their sums will not be calculated further and transferred,” MP form RPA, Chair of the Standing Committee on Social Affairs of the NA Hakob Hakobyan said referring to the Draft Law on Changes in the RA Law on Accumulative Pension.”
According to him the employers who calculated but did not transfer the money, then the citizens may get back their money since the date of writing the application. “The money of those citizens who will write applications, will not be calculated or transferred by September 30. If the citizens who wrote applications would not make transfers, all the same the Government will realize its function till 30 September.”
Hakob Hkaobyan, said that the final settlement would be made when they would reach the last phase of the Constitutional Court’s decision – the settlement. “The Government will make allocations from the state budget for all citizens till the final point of the Constitutional Court’s decision.”
