“All issues in the connection with the Constitutional Court of the RA are clear long ago. This was simply a procedure which we passed,” declared MP Nikol Pashinyan in his interview to the journalist of Iravaban.net today.
Yesterday the RA Constitutional Court published the decision on Nikol Pashinyan’s Case, where the latter requested to declare invalid the decision of the Committee of Electoral District 7, where Samvel Alexanyan was elected MP. Nikol Pashinyan requested to recognize him as elected MP from that electoral district.
The MP informed that that they have not yet made a final decision to apply to the European Court of Justice.
