The investigative department of 4th corpus of the RA Ministry of Defense charged Vardan Samvelyan, Lieutenant Colonel, deputy commander of Regiment N of the RA Ministry of Defense under Article 235 (1) of the RA Criminal Code, “Illegal procurement, transportation, keeping or carrying of weapons, explosives or explosive devices, except smoothbore long-barrel hunting guns, ammunition.” The Curt of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun Community of Yerevan met the application of the pre-investigation body to arrest V. Samvelyan for two months.
