The Acting RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan issued a statement informing that according to the Decisions 282-A of 3 April 2014, of the RA Prime Minister, a working group has been established to perform the necessary work issuing from the decision of the RA Constitutional Court.
Specifically the Decision in the relevant part reads: “In particular, based on the decision of the RA Constitutional Court and the legal findings recorded in the decision, a package of relevant draft lawswill be circulated as soon as possible, which will be presented for public discussion.” (The complete text in Armenian is available at https://www.mlsa.am/home/show_news.php?id=786&sec=news&back).

N. Yeritsyan – Deputy Chairman of the Central bank of Armenia (upon consent),
A. Orbelyan – Deputy Minister of Justice of the RA,
V. Mirumyan – Deputy Head of RA State Revenue Committee at the RA Government,
K. Tamazyan – Head of Staff of the RA Ministry of Finance,
A Mirzakhanyan – Head Social Affairs Department of the RA Government,
S. Saiyan – First deputy Head of the Social security Service of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
