The arrested Citizen released

Today, citizen Armen Davtyan was arrested during the action organized by “DEM EM” Civil Initiative. According to the information from the Information Department of the Police, an administrative proceeding was applied upon him.
A few minutes ago Chief of Police of Yerevan, Ashot Karapetyan informed that the arrested participant of the protest action was released.
