The Constitutional Court mentioned that the practice of more than 50 countries witnesses that the investment of the compulsory accumulative pension system increased the sustainability of countries and the wellness of the population. At the same time the court defined that there are shortcomings in the law which must be corrected till September 30. The Government will proceed with this reform directed to increase the wellness of the people in the framework of its proper constitutional definitions. According to the media department of the Government the latter will accept the plan of further activities after receiving and examining the decision of the Constitutional Court.
