Either our society is a collection of inventors or liars, or our police and prosecutor’s office investigate the cases in such a manner that brings to a situation where the people refrain from protection of their rights. Karen Andresyan, Human Rights defender of the RA has come to such conclusion referring to over 100 cases of election bribes received during the Parliamentary Elections. About a dozen of these cases currently are in investigation stage.
