Sonik Margaryan and a number of other citizens submitted a complaint against the activities of Alvard Melkonyan, Notary Public at “Kentron” Notary Office, in relation with signing (notarization) of preliminary bargain and sale contracts of the flats in the newly built building at 72-80 Aram street of Yerevan city.
The RA Ministry of Justice informs that based on the citizens’ complaints and in result of the investigation disciplinary procedure was initiated against Alvard Melkonyan, Notary Public at “Kentron” Notary Office on the order of 01.06.2012, Number 87-A of the Minister of Justice of the RA.
In result of the proceeding and led by the requirements of Article 25 (1, point 1), Article 26 (2 point 3) the Minister of Justice of the RA issued an order of 29.06.2012, Number 116-A, according to which activities of Alvard Melkonyan, Notary Public at “Kentron” Notary Office were suspended for the period of 30 June – 28 December 2012 as disciplinary penalty.
