Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan have presented the gifts they received in March to the Corruption Prevention Commission.
Pashinyan received a hand-painted “Windmill” plate of the “Royal Delft 1653” brand, weighing 0.48 kg, during the reception of the delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Kaspar Veldkamp, on March 12.
He valued the received gift at 196,378 drams.

Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan received a gift during a meeting with Ondřej Benešik, Chairman of the European Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament, on March 17 – a 7.7-gram, 925 sterling silver men’s cufflinks decorated with Czech garnet stones.
He valued the received gift at 67,280 drams.

We remind you that as a result of amendments to the “Law on Public Service,” new rules regarding the acceptance of gifts have been established. According to these regulations, gifts given during state, official visits, events, as well as during work visits and business trips are handed over to the state or community if their value exceeds 60,000 AMD.
