After examining the petition of the Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, regarding the disciplinary action against Naira Grigoryan, the Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Armavir Marz, the Supreme Judicial Council, decided to grant it. SJC imposed warning to Naira Grigoryan, Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Armavir Marz.

The judge committed violations of the rules of conduct; in particular, in the civil case assigned to her, in the presence of grounds for self-recusal, the judge did not recues, examined and resolved the case. At the same time, the Judge did not disclose to the parties in the Case the grounds for recusal, which could have been the basis for taking judicial actions under Article 71, Part 4 of the Judicial Code.

At the same time, the Council members Arshak Vardanyan and Edgar Hovhannisyan voted against the decision.

The decision comes into force from the moment of publication and is final.
