France declared two Azerbaijani diplomats persona non grata. French Foreign Ministry reported.
“France takes note of the decision made by Azerbaijan regarding the declaring of persona non grata to two members of the diplomatic staff of the French Embassy in Azerbaijan. We categorically deny the accusations of Azerbaijan justifying its decision,” the statement of the Foreign Ministry said.
The department noted that the decision of the French Foreign Ministry was adopted as a mutual measure. The Azerbaijani ambassador to France was summoned to the MFA today to inform about this.
