The Russian government has approved the agreement to open a consulate general in the city of Kapan, Syunik region. The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin has signed the decision, and the document was published.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation was instructed to exchange notes. If necessary, it is allowed to make changes in the project that are not of a fundamental nature.
It should be noted that the RA MFA responded positively to the proposal to open a Russian Consulate in Kapan, Syunik marz.
