Canada stands by the Armenians of the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Foreign Minister of the country Melanie Joly wrote on her X page.
“With an initial investment of 2.5 million dollars, Canada will provide humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable people,” she noted.
Ottawa will transfer the planned amount to the ICRC.
