On September 24, President Samvel Shahramanyan met with the citizens who were evacuated as a result of the recent military operations, left homeless and sheltered near the permanent location of Russian peacekeepers in Ivanyan. Artsakh InfoCenter reported

Citizens in heavy conditions expressed their desire to move to their relatives in the Republic of Armenia.

As a result of the agreement reached, a decision was made according to which 30 buses were allocated in order to transport the above-mentioned citizens to RA without any obstacles.

After completing the above-mentioned process of relocation of the citizens who were left homeless and in heavy conditions, all our compatriots who wish to move to RA will have that opportunity in the coming months.

The Government also plans to provide fuel in an organized manner.

Those citizens who were not forced to leave their home and settlements as a result of military operations, please calm and wait for official information about the process.

Taking into account the artificial obstacles created by the population, we call to avoid panic, indiscipline, violence and criminal phenomena, to show restraint and law enforcement.

We inform that the process is under the round-the-clock control of law enforcement agencies, and the latter have an order to carry out prevention work.
