Artsakh InfoCenter informs that the news circulating on the Internet that Azeri troops have entered Stepanakert is not true.

Notably, Artak Beglaryan, the former Minister of State of Artsakh, wrote in his X microblog that the Azerbaijani forces approached the suburb of Stepanakert and even entered the first houses. He also published a video by journalist Marut Vanyan, where military equipment is seen moving along the street.
