On 21 September, State Minister of Artsakh Artur Harutyunyan held a working consultation with the participation of officials of the state administration system, during which the situation created in the republic as a result of the Azerbaijani military aggression and the future actions were discussed.
The Office of the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh reported.
“As a result of the new military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan on 19 September, the situation of the country, which is already in severe crisis conditions, has worsened. We are required to make all efforts and solve many problems in the shortest possible time,” A. Harutyunyan said.
During the consultation, the State Minister listened to sectoral government officials, contacted the heads of regional administrations via video link, who presented existing problems and made proposals.
State Minister Artur Harutyunyan instructed to quickly develop and implement such programs that will allow to complete all internal resources, ensuring the safety of the population, the work of infrastructures, the living of residents evacuated from the regions, food supply and a number of other primary issues.
In the near future, the problem of bread will also be solved and the distribution procedure will be presented.
