Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has addressed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh on his X page.
“Taking into account the military operation by Azerbaijan against the Armenians of Karabakh, I have decided to send Toivo Klaar, the European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, to the region. He will inform about the situation,” Borrell wrote.
