Russian peacekeepers have evacuated more than 2,000 people from dangerous regions of Nagorno Karabakh, about half of the evacuated residents are children. RIA Novosti writes, referring to the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“In total, more than two thousand civilians were evacuated, 1149 of them are children. All evacuated residents were provided with temporary accommodation and hot food,” the Department said in a statement.
