On 30 August, Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo will visit the Lachine Corridor as a sign of solidarity with Artsakh.
The visit was organized by the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations of France (CCAF).
On the initiative of the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, the capital of France, together with a number of regions, united in support of the population of Nagorno-Karabakh to provide emergency humanitarian aid.
The first truck sent by the united group recently went from Yerevan to the border village of Kornidzor, where it joined the convoy of 20 trucks sent by the RA Government to Nagorno Karabakh.
It is planned that the trucks sent by France will reach Kornidzor at the end of August. It is anticipated that a delegation of French officials who support this humanitarian initiative for the benefit of the people of Artsakh will join this convoy.
