The candidates participating in the elections of the Yerevan Council of Elders submitted their declarations on property and income to the Central Electoral Commission.

Artak Galstyan heads the list of the “Public Voice” Party, which is number 1 in the elections. It should be noted that the latter is undergoing a criminal case and is currently detained. On 17 April, the Investigative Committee reported that as a result of large-scale investigative and evidentiary operations, factual information was obtained that the Chairman of the “Public Voice” Party, Artak Galstyan, and the Honorary Chairman of the same party, Vardan Ghukasyan, reached a preliminary agreement with each other regarding extortion from T,A. in particularly large amounts.

Artak Galstyan did not declare anything. Only personal data is filled in the document he submitted.
