The candidates participating in the elections of the Yerevan Council of Elders submitted their declarations on property and income to the Central Electoral Commission.

Tigran Avinyan, who currently holds the position of the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, heads the list of the “Civil Contract” Party, which is number 2 in the elections.
Tigran Avinyan has declared:
- A garage – which received as a donation (2014), in Yerevan, on Khanjyan Street,
- A car – Volkswagen ID 4, produced in 2022. The car received as a donation,
- 12,000,000 AMD – salary received from Yerevan Municipality,
- 7,200,000 AMD – generated Bitcoin income from Poolin, which deals with the cryptocurrency market.
- 11,000,000 AMD – donated by his father, Armen Avinyan.
- 4,000,000 AMD – from “Armbusinessbank” CJSC, where he holds the position of a Board Member,
- 13,890,000 AMD,
- 3,100 USD,
- 40 Bitcoin.
