Fishing and hunting of animals as well as other types of water hunting without a permit, or during the prohibited period, or in prohibited places, or using prohibited instruments and other prohibited manners and if caused damage does not exist the sum of 3.000 AMD, shall give rise to imposing a penalty at 50.000 to 100.000 AMD for the citizens, and at 100.000 to 200.000 AMD for the officials, with confiscation of the hunting results, the hunting tools, the buoyant means and all other appurtenance, which were used to commit the infringement.
