Tigran Arakelyan will stay under Arrest

The RA Criminal Court of Appeal, under the presiding judge Eva Darbinyan, rejected the motion of Advocate Stepan Voskanyan on changing the detention of ANC activist Tigran Arakelyan.
The court hearing was delayed till 18 September at 14:00p.m.
