The e-disability.am platform to assess a person’s functionality was developed by the Nork Technology Center of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences. The platform was launched on 1 February: https://bit.ly/41g1eLx.

Starting from 1 February, the new system enables citizens who applied for the definition of disability for the first time to:

• create and submit an online application anytime and from anywhere;
• create and submit a self-assessment sheet together with the application,
• to create the application personally or by a legal representative or with the help of an the USS operator,

receive notifications about the application process in the preferred option (email address , mail or in person).
