The Motion of the Minister of Justice to bring Zaruhi Nakhshkaryan to Disciplinary Liability has been published in full

“Taking into account the importance of freedom of speech and the interest in the disciplinary processes against the judge, we present to the public the motion of the Minister of Justice regarding the disciplinary responsibility of Judge Zaruhi Nakhshkaryan.
