Opposition member of Armenian origin of the Turkish Parliament, member of the “People’s Democratic Party” (PDP-HDP) Garo Paylan addressed the issue of the Lachin corridor of the Goris-Stepanakert highway, Ermenihaber reports.

He called on Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to “take responsibility for ending the blockade of Nagorno Karabakh”.

“Establishing peace and tranquility in the Caucasus, preventing conflicts and tensions is also in Turkey’s favor. If we all take responsibility for the elimination of the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, then we can return to a positive agenda in both the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process and the Turkey-Armenia settlement process,” he said.

Let us remind that for already 18 days, Azerbaijan continues to block the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia.
