RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on 13 December, which states:

“Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, and Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government.

Appoint Zhanna Andreasyan as Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.”

As we have already reported, by the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on 12 December, Andreasyan was released from the position of Deputy Minister of the MESCS.
