The scheduled meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on 7 December in Brussels will not take place. The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev announced.
“The meeting in Brussels was scheduled to take place on 7 December. But yesterday, Hikmet Hajiyev (Assistant of the President of Azerbaijan) informed me that Charles Michel’s office had contacted him and informed that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan agreed to the meeting only if French President Macron participates in it.
This means that this meeting will not take place,” he said.
