Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. RIA Novosti writes.

It is noted that the issue of practical implementation of the agreements reached in Sochi on 31 October was discussed.

“The issues of practical implementation of the agreements reached by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia in Sochi on 31 October of this year will be discussed, as well as the joint statements made by the three countries previously at the highest level,” the report says.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev also emphasized the importance of continuing work in a trilateral format to ensure the security of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, the Kremlin Press Service reports.
