An interstate loan in the amount of 20 billion drams will be provided to the Government of the Republic of Artsakh from the state budget of the Republic of Armenia. The decision was adopted at today’s Government Session.
The interstate loan is provided to the Government of the Republic of Artsakh at an annual interest rate of 0.01 percent, with a maturity date of 1 January, 2026, on the condition that the principal amount of the loan and accrued interest are paid by the loan repayment deadline.
The loan is for the construction and furnishing of residential houses for the displaced residents in the territory of Nagorno Karabakh, as well as for the financing of obligations to banks.
