Journalist, screenwriter, presenter Gayane Paytyan has passed away prematurely.
Biography:
Gayane Paytyan was born on 30 June, 1974 in Yerevan.
In 1991 Gayane was admitted to the journalism department of YSU Philological Faculty, and graduated from it in 1996.
In 1995-99, she worked a news commentator at the National Television of Armenia.
1998-99 was the director of the “News” program of the “Nork” TV station and the editor of the “Art 13” TV station, authored and hosted the “Known and Unknown” program.
1999-2015 – in the news program “Lraber” of the Armenian Second TV Channel.
2000-2008 – the chief specialist of the Public Relations Department of the RA National Assembly.
She was a member of the International Television Academy since 2004.
In 2006, She authored and hosted “Ellipsis” on Armenian Second TV Channel.
In 2008 founded and managed the “TV Ideal” specialized school-studio for presenters and journalists.
From 2017 until now, she hosted the “Conversation with Paityan” programs.
She lectured at the Armenian French University and at the State Pedagogical Universities of Yerevan named after Kh. Abovyan.
In 2009, Gayane married Eduard Mihranyan, an engineer by profession. In 2017, after many years of waiting, twin girls were born in their family.
