On 23 October, the OSCE Needs Assessment Team had a meeting with the representatives of the Syunik regional administration.

Syunik Marzpetaran reported.

During the meeting, the consequences of the latest aggression against the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia by the armed forces of Azerbaijan on 13 September were presented to the OSCE delegation.

OSCE representatives also visited the border settlement to get acquainted with the situation on the spot.
