The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov met with Ararat Mirzoyan.
“Sergei Lavrov arrived in Astana to participate in the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of CIS countries. The first meeting was held with the Armenian counterpart,” Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
