On 21 August, at 10:25 p.m., the person who called the police reported that if his acquaintance was not released by the Ashtarak police in 10 minutes, he would blow up the building of the Ashtarak police department and harm the department’s management.
The police reported.
The officers of the Ashtarak police department found out the identity and location of the caller within minutes. The 42-year-old man was found on Proshyan Street in Ashtarak city 25 minutes after the alarm and arrested.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated. The 42-year-old man was taken to the detention facility of the Ashtarak police department.
An investigation is underway.
