On 18 August, the opposition “Justice”, ARF and NDP parties of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh appealed to the leadership of the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Artsakh to meet and receive comments on the statement made by Maxim Seleznyov, the Russian adviser-ambassador to Armenia the day before.
The leadership of the Russian peacekeepers in the Republic of Artsakh has expressed readiness to meet and give comments on the issue in the coming days.
