The Russian State Duma has adopted a draft in the first reading, according to which the national driver’s licenses received in Armenia can be accepted by Russia. The Russian media reported.
We are talking about the drivers who carry out business and work activities in Russia.
“The proposed changes envisage recognition of driver’s licenses of RA citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation while carrying out business-related activities related to vehicle management,” the statement reads.
In Russia, such a regulation applies to citizens of Kyrgyzstan whose laws stipulate Russian as an official language.
