Judge Anna Danibekyan of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan announced the court decision; the bail of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan as measure of restraint will not be changed.
“The court decided to reject the motion to change or abolish Robert Kocharyan’s measure of restraint,” Danibekyan said.
It should be reminded that the court was examining the motion of the Hayk Alumyan, the lawyer of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia to change Robert Kocharyan’s the measure of restraint.
