On 16 July, President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Armen Danielyan Chairperson of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Quanaqer-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan.
“Governed by Clause 11 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and based on the 12 July 2013 recommendation of the Council of Justice I decide to:
Assign Armen Danielyan Chairperson of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Quanaqer-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan and to stop his authorities of the judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Quanaqer-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan,” provides the decree.
