“Armenia’s Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan asks his Russian colleague Vladimir Lukin explain why the defendant for the bloody road accident appeared in court in the feminine frock,” the Russian «НТВ» TV Channel informs.
From Karen Andreasyan’s letter: “Hrach Harutyunyan, the RA national, who is charged for violating the road safety or operation rules, the negligence of which caused death of two or more people, was brought to the court on 15 July in degrading form, specifically dressed in a feminine frock.”
According to the same source the daughter of the defendant had urged not to condemn her father beforehand, and reminded that anyone might occur in the same position.
Lilit Harutyunyan, indicated that the driver, her father, had no violated traffic rules, and that the brakes did not work. “Stop criticizing the people who are just trying to make money for living in just way and end up in a tragic situation.”
Journalist Harutyun Harutyunyan in his record “Russian Cynicism” noted that the responsibility for the deadly accident is on the counterpart which failed to install traffic light installed in the dangerous place.
