The judiciary of Armenia is recognized as the most independent among the Eastern Partnership countries. The Supreme Judicial Council reported.
Common Assessment Index for 2020-2021 of the EaP countries has been published, which includes, among other things, the assessment of the independence of the judiciary.
According to the published results, Armenia is the leader among six countries: Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus and Azerbaijan.
