Historic center of Kharkov has been destroyed due to shelling by Russian invaders, Ukrinform reports.

“The Russian occupiers continue to deliberately destroy Kharkov. The enemy bombs the civilians of the city and its suburbs with cluster bombs. The historical center of Kharkov, all residential districts, schools, hospitals, kindergartens, infrastructure facilities have been destroyed,” the Kharkov Police said in a statement.

It is mentioned that the investigators document in detail every war crime of the aggressor country against the civilian population of Kharkov region, so that the Russian army is responsible for the genocide of the Ukrainian people.
